Office & Marketing Assistant
CORONADO, CA
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
- 1 – 3 years working as an Administration Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Service Assistant, or similar office and client facing job.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Appfolio (Property Management Software), Social Platforms, RingCentral, and other similar platforms
- Ability to work in a small office environment while being self-motivated, career-minded, flexible based on varying demands of the business, and dependable
- Excellent written and verbal skills able to effectively interact with clients and owners
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Word Press and graphic design a plus
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and other housing regulations a plus
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, data entry, etc.
- Assist with the process of moving in/out tenants
- Schedule and coordinate all property showings utilizing an online platform with support from the entire team including consistent follow-up procedures as needed
- Coordinate property market preparation in coordination with the leasing team
- Provide general support coordinating maintenance activity with the assistance of other team members
- Assist leadership team on a variety of tasks and initiatives as it relates to overall property management operations
- Run virtual matterport camera for new property photos
- Write create compelling property listings to promote vacancy
- Create property listings and market properties for rent within rental websites (AHRN.com, furnished finders.com, and more) Plus communicate with leads.
- Research and implement strategies to gain brand awareness and new clients.
- Oversee Google Business account and initiate the interaction for customer reviews
- Develop and maintain a relationship with homeowners, vendors, and tenants.
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and follow up with prospective tenants on feedback
- Report weekly to homeowners with weekly home status update
- Monitor and track the San Diego area rental market to stay on track with the competition.
- Become highly interactive with the community social group pages, coronado rentals, coronado vacation rentals, rentals in imperial beach, and more to market properties for lease
- Create social media designs within Canva to market company and educate new biz clients on property management
Job Type: Part-Time Monday – Friday 12 PM – 5PM
Pay: $16 per hour
