Crestmont manages a variety of properties both long and short-term, furnished and unfurnished. Our portfolio includes properties in San Diego, Coronado, and Imperial Beach. Our available rentals are viewable on our "find your home for rent" page.

We conduct an annual walkthrough of a property with a trusted vendor and a Crestmont team member. We maintain a network of trusted professionals to handle any repairs promptly.

Yes, if you aren't ready for full service management, we can find you a qualified tenant, prepare lease documents, and handle move-in for a flat fee.

Tenant Placement and Screening

We perform comprehensive background checks, including credit history, income verification, and rental references to ensure qualified tenants.

Crestmont maintains KPI's in order to ensure your property is rented in a timely fashion. We analyze the market and have proven strategies that will make your unique property highly competitive in the rental space.

We will keep an owner well informed throughout the rental process and an owner is more than welcome to ask questions about how we evaluate tenant applications.

Financial and Administrative

We offer a variety of payment methods for our residents both in-person and online. 

Our competitive property management fees are based on a percentage of the monthly rental rate, depending on your specific needs.  A rate will be provided upon consultation. 

 No, standard maintenance and repair costs are handled transparently, with no additional charge from Crestmont. For larger repairs, projects, and property improvements, an oversight fee may be applicable (specifics to be provided within a management agreement).

Short-Term and Vacation Rentals

Yes, we handle all aspects of short-term rentals, including marketing, guest communications, and turnover services.

We ensure maximum visibility by listing your property on over 50+ top-tier rental websites. We also will push your property through social media marketing channels. 

Yes, a Crestmont team member will perform a walkthrough after checkout to confirm the condition of the vacation rental unit.

Legal and Compliance

Our team is well-versed in local rental laws and handles disputes professionally, minimizing any impact on your investment.

Yes, we ensure all properties comply with city and state regulations, including permits, safety standards, and all property disclosures.

We handle tenant relations professionally and are experienced in resolving disputes amicably. Should legal action be necessary, we provide support and guidance to protect your property interests.
