By accessing and using the services provided by Guerrero Mobile Mechanics™ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Guerrero Mobile Mechanics™ provides mobile automotive repair and maintenance services. Our technicians come to your location to diagnose and repair your vehicle. Services include but are not limited to diagnostics, oil changes, brake repairs, battery replacements, and general maintenance. We may not service all areas or perform certain repairs on-site. Partner shops are available for jobs that cannot be performed on-site.
The Services constitute a technology platform including websites and mobile applications (the “Guerrero Mobile Mechanics. Platform”) that enables users to access a network of vehicle service providers (mechanics, technicians, inspectors, or other independent contractors) (“Technicians”), and/or to arrange for vehicle inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, repair, towing or related services (“Vehicle Services”).

By using our services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer without first contacting us to resolve any dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including collection efforts and reporting to credit agencies, to recover funds for services rendered. Extended chargeback periods do not override your obligation to pay for completed services.
We strive to complete all repairs in a timely manner. Completion timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the repair and parts availability. We will keep the customer updated as soon as parts arrive. Special parts orders may experience delays as some vendors take additional time to ship and deliver. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party parts suppliers.
If a customer chooses to terminate service while a repair is in progress, the full cost of the service is owed. This includes labor performed up to the point of termination, any parts ordered or installed, and the diagnostic fee. No partial refunds will be issued for work already completed.
We stand behind our work with a 90-day warranty on labor only. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be communicated to you before work begins. Parts purchased by us will be replaced by our vendor using the vendor’s warranty when available. The customer is responsible for parts if produced or bought by the customer. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or if any parts break due to the age of the vehicle. If parts break due to age, we are not liable and shall send you a separate quote to fix that issue or broken part.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guerrero Mobile Mechanics™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. We are not liable for damages or losses due to unforeseen issues or pre-existing conditions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. If any parts break due to the age of the vehicle, we are not liable and shall provide a separate quote for repair.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the state where services were rendered. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters relating to intellectual property rights.
Guerrero Mobile Mechanics™ reserves the right to file a mechanic’s lien against any vehicle on which services were performed if payment is not received in full within thirty (30) days of invoice. The customer agrees that all costs associated with filing and enforcing a mechanic’s lien, including reasonable attorney’s fees, shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Theft of service includes but is not limited to: refusing to pay for completed work, providing fraudulent payment information, chargeback abuse, or obtaining services through deceptive means. Guerrero Mobile Mechanics™ takes theft of service seriously and reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including civil litigation, criminal prosecution, and reporting to law enforcement and credit agencies. The customer shall be liable for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which services are rendered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
