About Dr. Goldie Rosen, B.Sc, DVM
Dr. Goldie Rosen graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1998 and
worked as a veterinarian at a variety of companion animal hospitals in Southern Ontario.
Dr. Goldie Rosen is a licensed veterinarian in Ontario and is registered with the College of Veterinarians of Ontario. In 2004, Dr. Rosen founded a mobile practice providing expert care for dogs and cats from the prenatal stages until the end of life.
In 2016, Dr. Rosen began exclusively providing home pet euthanasia services. After experiencing the need for it in many emergency situations, it became clear to her that a professional was not only needed to perform humane elective euthanasia, but also to offer guidance and support through the entire process. She provides services to clients in Halton, Hamilton and select surrounding communities.
Dr. Rosen believes that her in-home pet euthanasia service provides a valuable alternative for animal owners. She is devoted to providing the highest quality of care in a compassionate, supportive, and ethical manner. She continuously strives to exceed her clients’ expectations by advocating for the value of the human-animal bond in a relaxing and comfortable home atmosphere.
Dr. Rosen shares her home with five rescue animals: three dogs, Sage, Angel, and Flower and two cats, Ophelia and Newton. Her love for animals and firsthand understanding of the human–animal bond guide every aspect of her care.
