This role is to work with the Accounts and Payroll team in Jobcare. The role is made up of a range of duties such as electronic payroll, bookkeeping, spreadsheet reports, PAYE & PRSI admin and administration of DSP wage sheet. This position would be ideal for someone who is eager to progress their career in accountancy and/or payroll. Jobcare welcomes applications from ex-offenders.

This role is to work in the Catering Team in Jobcare. The role is made up of a range of duties such us providing refreshments for clients, preparing lunches for staff and catering for events. The role also requires stock control, collection of lunch fees and cleaning of catering equipment and surfaces.

This role is made up of a range of duties such as bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping & mopping floors, buffing floors and light event set-up/take down, in order to maintain the upkeep of Jobcare and client facilities.

This position is to work as part of a team in the busy Resource Room of Jobcare. In this role you will be assisting unemployed people who come to Jobcare for help with their job search. Core duties include: meeting, greeting and registering clients; helping them with all aspects of their job search, including: in-class online support, letter writing, applying for jobs online and preparing for job interviews. You will be working as part of a team of dedicated, supportive staff who are motivated to see people reach their full potential and secure employment. There are also various administrative tasks attached to the role. Full training will be provided.

This role will assist our IT Training Department. The role consists of training and supporting our staff and clients as we develop essential Digital Skills. Good computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook would be an advantage. The candidate should have good English language skills, excellent communication skills, both oral and written including professional and friendly manner.

This role is made up of a range of duties such as (mainly cleaning and event set-up/take down), light building maintenance and repair, gardening, painting and construction work (including use of power tools where required) in order to maintain the upkeep of Jobcare and client facilities.

This role is based in Jobcare. The role is made up of a range of duties such as delivering design visuals for print and online, advising on design for marketing campaigns/ websites and print work. Helping/ advising on video production and content development for website/social media.

This role is made up of a range of duties such as administration of HR-related documentation, being the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, administration of staff contracts, attendance and recruitment while liaising with Supervisors and management, ensuring the relevant databases are up to date and accurate.

This role will assist our busy IT Support Department. The range of duties include ensuring all training room systems are set up and functional, having functional backup/retrieval system in place, installation of new hardware on staff PC’s. The role also requires maintenance of all PC’s and the in-house network. The role also requires attendance at our online courses to provide support to clients and staff with their digital skills.

This role is to work the reception team in Jobcare which is an integral part of our client-centred service. The role is made up of a range of duties such as meet and greet all visitors/clients. Register all visitors, refer visitors to appropriate service/person. Ensure building is secure at all times. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent telephone manner. The role also involves administration and client-support responsibilities. There is extensive use of digital platforms e.g. Salesforce, Excel etc.
