My role is to capture your wedding story in a calm, observant way, allowing you to feel relaxed and fully in the moment, knowing every meaningful part of your day is being documented beautifully. I work quietly and intentionally, stepping in only when needed so real moments can unfold naturally, the laughter, the glances, the atmosphere, and the small details that make your day uniquely yours. If you value presence over performance, and honesty over trends, my approach allows your wedding to unfold naturally while your story is preserved.
Hi there, I’m Matt, a life long creative who genuinely loves working in weddings capturing authentic wedding memories, for fab couples like you. Over the years, I’ve been entrusted with capturing all kinds of celebrations, from relaxed, intimate gatherings to large, multi-day events. My work has taken me across the UK and further afield to destination weddings in Ibiza, Italy, the South of France, and the Greek islands. I’ve filmed both as a solo wedding filmmaker and as part of creative teams covering more complex celebrations, and have had the honour of documenting over 500 weddings.
Along the way, I’ve also been trusted to film weddings attended by familiar faces, including capturing the wedding of James Bye of EastEnders and Strictly Come Dancing, as well as a wedding where legendary broadcaster Paul Gambaccini was best man, and another where members of the Emmerdale cast were guests. But what matters most isn’t who’s there, it’s the story being told. The emotion, the connection, and the moments that can’t be staged.
