My journey as a Cheshire Wedding Videographer, eventually brought me to the amazing Combermere Abbey. A name that carries the weight of centuries, nestled on the Cheshire-Shropshire border. This historic estate, founded in 1133 as a Cistercian monastery, has transformed through the ages into a venue where love stories are etched into its very fabric. Combermere Abbey wedding videography, lets check out a teaser.
Combermere Abbey WEDDING FILM TEASER
WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY at Combermere Abbey
The ceremony on this occasion took place in a local church. I love covering church weddings hey provide an ideal backdrop for a fab wedding film. You may recognise the reader in the following film from local news TV. It was thrill to have such a well versed speaker do a reading in the church.
As a Cheshire wedding filmmaker with two decades of experience, I’ve traversed many venues, but Combermere Abbey stands apart. The journey begins with a mile-long driveway, flanked by ancient oaks, leading to the heart of the estate. Each step along this path feels like a passage through time, setting the stage for a day where past and present intertwine.
But for now lets jump back to Comberemere Abbey with some words on the Edwardian Glasshouse, a structure that brings the outside in. Bathed in natural light, with a blossoming tree at its center, it offers a serene space where vows are exchanged amidst the whispers of nature. Surrounded by a unique fruit tree maze, the Glasshouse connects seamlessly to the walled gardens, providing a picturesque backdrop for capturing those intimate, candid moments.
As the day transitions into evening, the estate’s ambiance shifts, offering new moods to capture. The soft glow of twilight over the mere, the flicker of candlelight in the Pavilion, and the laughter echoing through the courtyards—all these elements contribute to a rich tapestry of moments that define the essence of the celebration.
