Fees & terms
Member fee
Where a member agrees a booking directly with a client through Plush Chat, a member fee of 20% of the location fee applies. Incidentals are paid to the member in full and carry no fee. Where Plush74 arranges a booking itself, the member is quoted a single agreed payout for that booking and no fee, commission or deduction is applied to it.
Members are paid within three days after the end of the booking, once their invoice has been received.
What a client pays
Clients are quoted a single all-in price per booking. There is no separate platform fee, booking fee or service charge on top of the quoted price.
Listing a location
Listing a location on Plush74 is free. Once your submission is approved, complete your listing in your dashboard. Our team checks it, then it goes live.
VAT
All prices are net and exclude VAT where applicable. For companies within the EU, the reverse charge mechanism may apply.
Payment
Payments are accepted via SEPA bank transfer or through our payment partner Stripe.

Plush74 is a curated marketplace for film, photo and event locations across Europe. Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page, our team personally reviews your submission, and once approved you complete your listing in your dashboard. Our team checks it, then it goes live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 books the location in its own name and pays you one agreed payout per booking. Listing is free and there's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
