Scott Shafer, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Scott Shafer, as CEO of ProCern, had spearheaded transformation to an industry leading technology solutions company through it’s enhanced services in Cloud, Cybersecurity, 24/7 Infrastructure Management, Public Cloud, End User Help Desk and more. 

ProCern’s continued investment in R&D has resulted in infrastructure management patents, numerous recognitions from clients and partners such as earning IBM’s coveted award for Leadership in Technology & Innovation. 

Mr. Shafer has a track record of success in Fortune 500 corporate and as a serial entrepreneur building fast growth companies. In addition, Mr. Shafer serves as an advisor to young entrepreneurs and early-stage companies across a range of industries.

Mr. Shafer’s passion for learning and education seeded him as a founding member of Peak to Peak Charter School, a Colorado-based K-12 school that has been named a Top 100 US High School for more than 10 years.    

 

David Ferguson, President and COO

David Ferguson is President and COO with ProCern, where he oversees the company’s day-to-day administrative and operational functions, including delivery, support, and the management of infrastructure services for businesses of all sizes and degrees of complexity. With more than 20 years of experience working in large-scale technology operations leadership roles and a 10+ year tenure with ProCern, Mr. Ferguson boasts extensive experience in ITIL-based operations global service delivery from multiple locations and providers across hybrid technologies.

As COO with ProCern, David is passionate about helping clients turn IT from a cost center into a profitable business asset. He is known for his positive leadership approach that inspires and empowers employees and an unwavering client-first focus that puts clients at ease, fosters trust, and positions them for sustainable growth.

David earned a B.S. in Religious Studies and Computer Science from Rutgers University.

Edward Moon, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Edward Moon is Chief Technology Officer with ProCern, where he is responsible for integrating the company’s business needs and requirements into IT planning and operations to support critical business goals and objectives. With a 20-year technology career that spans businesses of all sizes—from startups to Fortune 500 companies, including Logitech, Amdocs, and Amazon— Edward brings a unique blend of engineering and management expertise to power ProCern’s technology complex. With over seven-year tenure at ProCern, Edward offers advanced expertise bridging a range of infrastructure technologies—from legacy systems to SaaS, cloud, and related modern technologies—with modernization initiatives, comprehensive security program development and a support team which includes 5 IBM Champions.

Christina Wafford, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Christina Wafford is Chief Financial Officer with ProCern, where she oversees all aspects of the company’s corporate administration—from finance, accounting, and human resources to policies, procedures, budgeting, and facilities management.

Christina brings nearly 20 years of business, finance, and accounting experience to ProCern, with advanced expertise in international and domestic, public and private company acquisitions and mergers and integration planning. Over the course of her career, Christina has overseen three M&A events with successful capital raises.

Christina holds a B.S. in Economics from Colorado College and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Brandon Clark, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Brandon Clark is the CISO for ProCern and brings over a decade of experience in Security, Compliance and Risk to help secure internal and client environments. Additionally, Brandon leads ProCern’s Cyber Security Consulting practice to help clients adapt to the ever changing Threat and Regulatory environment through a combination of strategic and technical assessments, remediation, and coaching.

Brandon remains at the forefront of industry trends, providing thought leadership and guidance both to current clients and the cyber security community as a whole. He regularly presents at industry conferences and to client leadership teams to help educate business stakeholders on the cyber threat landscape and how to create customized risk management plans to limit their exposure.

Brandon earned his BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Robert Blomgren, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Robert Blomgren serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for ProCern and has been a dedicated member of the team since 2011. He oversees the identification and design of new products, services, and technologies, and develops our go-to-market strategies.
 
With a profound understanding of ProCern’s industry and deep technical knowledge of our products, services, and team capabilities, Robert is skilled in identifying and analyzing complex technology-based business problems. His expertise extends to developing and implementing effective solutions. His career, spanning over a decade, includes roles in sales, advertising, market research, pre-sales engineering, and technology architecture, equipping him to excel in his current position. Robert is committed to delivering client-centric solutions that foster mutual value, trust, and long-lasting business relationships.
 
Robert holds a BBA in Management Information Systems, Marketing, and a minor in Computer Science, along with an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Financial Management Services, all from Gonzaga University.
Tom Savage, Chief Client Officer (CCO)
Tom Savage serves as the Chief Client Officer at ProCern and has been part of the IT world for 21 years. He spent his first 6 years at HP Systems and the last 15 years with ProCern.
During his time at ProCern, Tom has worn many hats and served the company and its clients in many ways, but the majority of those years have been spent as a client-focused leader within the organization. Tom works diligently to serve both clients and his teammates to the best of his ability. His team prides themselves in being responsive to clients and putting the client first in every situation. He passionately believes that client service and satisfaction are key differentiators for ProCern in a crowded marketplace.
 
In his free time Tom enjoys golfing, hiking, running, and spending time with his family. He is a passionate sports fan, and loves the Denver Broncos and Penn State Football. Tom enjoys being a part of the community and giving back. He serves on the board of directors for a local seminary and has been actively involved with Habitat for Humanity builds with ProCern.
Nina Zabolotnaya, Vice President of Integration (VPI)

Nina Zabolotnaya is the Vice President of Integration at ProCern. In this role, she oversees the integration of ProCern services and technologies, focusing on streamlining operations and the effectiveness of IT systems to support superior operational and client experiences. As an advocate for efficiency optimization, Nina blends a steadfast commitment to quality with broad technical acumen to help power success through technology. This position allows her to leverage her extensive service delivery experience to integrate diverse IT teams, services, and platforms.

Over the course of her seven-year tenure with ProCern, Nina successfully implemented a suite of industry best practices to create a service delivery organization that, today, supports everything from small-scale deployments to Fortune 500-class clients.  Prior to joining ProCern, Nina applied her progressive technology expertise to several Denver-based software firms, where she offered consultative guidance and support to dozens of clients and their stakeholders.

Nina is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, with a double major in Economics and International Affairs.

Jeramie Brookins, Vice President of Client Success (VPCS)
Jeramie Brookins, Vice President of Client Success at ProCern Technology Solutions (PTS), leads a dedicated team focused on delivering seamless, high-quality services to our valued clients. With a strong background in solution support, Jeramie ensures that each client’s evolving needs are met with innovative and tailored solutions, driving enhanced value and service.

Under Jeramie’s leadership, our team excels in enabling clients to achieve and surpass their objectives through forward-thinking and results-oriented approaches. Continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement, both for clients and the company, Jeramie embodies a commitment to delivering exceptional value and service.

Peggy Kitzmiller, Vice President of Product (VPP)

Peggy Kitzmiller is Vice President of Product with ProCern Technology Solutions where she is responsible for product strategy and driving innovation for future market opportunities. Working across the enterprise championing the voice of the client, she serves as a catalyst for identifying and positioning customer solutions.  

Throughout her career, Peggy has successfully overseen a wide range of products and services in financial services and technology, developed and implemented effective go-to-market strategies. 

Peggy completed her undergraduate degree at Washington University in St Louis and her master’s degree at Saint Louis University. She served as an adjunct faculty at Saint Louis University and guest lecturer at Portland State University on subjects including advertising, market segmentation and strategy.
