Tisha Nardozza

Tisha Nardozza

Practice Manager

Tisha grew up in Central PA but made Pittsburgh her home after she completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Pittsburgh. In addition, she has a publication in the Journal of Cellular Biochemistry resulting from a year of undergraduate research with the Pittsburgh Cancer Institute. Tisha began her career as a Board-certified Radiological Technologist, eventually working in an Orthopedic setting and moving into management. She has been the Practice Administrator of Regenexx Pittsburgh for 13 years working closely with the physicians, patients and staff.

She passionately believes in regenerative medicine and what the physicians offer. With her extensive clinical and administrative background, she is available to answer any questions or concerns that patients may have to ensure that their treatment experience is favorable.

Sara is a native of Pittsburgh and began her career with Regenexx Pittsburgh as a certified Medical Assistant in 2013. She is part of the Regenexx Liaison team and works closely with the physicians to ensure all patient treatment plans. Sara strives to build rapport with patients to ensure a trusting relationship. Her clinical knowledge is an integral part of allowing her to provide patient education, scheduling and addressing any other concerns that patients may have. Her knowledge base has allowed her to work in several areas throughout the clinic. She strongly believes in regenerative medicine and has seen firsthand the many positive outcomes.

Tia Martin

Tia Martin, RN

Clinical Manager

Tia is a Registered Nurse at Regenexx Pittsburgh and has been with the practice since November 2009. She enjoys working at Regenexx Pittsburgh because she feels the providers are passionate about the procedures offered as well as create a customized treatment plan for each patient. She continued her education in nursing and graduated from Citizen’s School of Nursing in 2016. Prior to joining Regenexx Pittsburgh, she worked in pediatrics. She is currently pursuing her BSN at Clarion University.

She believes in regenerative medicine and has seen the benefits that the Regenexx procedures offer. Tia encourages communication between patients and staff to ensure a firm understanding and a positive experience.
