General Manager Operations
Adrian brings hands-on experience and practical insights to everything we do at RemSense.
He is a qualified powerline worker with a deep understanding of construction, maintenance and inspection, gained across projects throughout Australia.
Since 2015, Adrian has worked in the RPAS industry, building expertise in both aerial and terrestrial data capture. He understands whatโs possible with the technology, and how to apply it where it matters most.
At RemSense, Adrian leads operations with a focus on safety, precision and delivery. He ensures our projects run smoothly, our data is accurate, and our clients get the clarity they need.
Virtualplant Product & Projects Manager
Rory leads the delivery of large-scale digital twin solutions at RemSense. He drives innovation across engineering and data visualisation through our platform, virtualplant.
With a background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Physics, and Applied Mathematics, Rory brings both depth and versatility to the role. Heโs also a qualified RPAS pilot, combining technical know-how with practical field experience.ย
Before joining RemSense, Rory worked as a designer and product manager of industrial-grade RPAS systems. He gained expertise in photogrammetry, GIS, and integrated engineering systems.ย
His strength lies in connecting the tech with the real world, turning complex environments into clear, visual tools that help clients make better decisions.

Ross brings decades of international financial expertise to RemSense. He is a Chartered Accountant and investment banking consultant who has worked across major global markets, including Australia, London, New York and Tokyo. He brings a deep understanding of international finance and corporate strategy.
Heโs held senior leadership roles with Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust and Barclays Capital, and continues to advise on investment and capital strategies with a focus on growth and governance.ย
CEO & Managing Director
Warrenย is proven operational leader with over 20 yearsโ experience leading technology innovation and business growth across the mining, environmental and energy sectors.
Before joining RemSense, heย was CEO of acQuire Technology Solutions. There, he led a global team delivering enterprise software to the natural resources sector. He has also held leadership and strategic roles with EarthSoft and Amuri Enterprises, focused on scaling technology and commercial strategy worldwide.ย
Warren brings international depthย to the role, having led projects across Australia, North and South America, Europe, Asia and Africa.ย
His leadership style blends strategic clarity with curiosity and humility. Heโs passionate about building strong, high-performing teams and creating a culture thatโs motivated, flexible, and built to grow.

Non Executive Director
John is a highly experience advisor, director and chartered accountant who has supported businesses through every stage of growth for over five decades.
After sixteen years with Arthur Young & Co (now Ernst & Young), he shifted his focus to startups and private enterprise. Since 1986 he has offered strategic direction and consulting services across a wide range of industries.
John has helped numerous public companies through IPOs, restructure private firms, and advised more than fifty businesses on growth andย leadership. He also served as RemSenseโs CFO before its ASX listing.
He brings longstanding financial and commercial experience to his role on the RemSense board.
