Q: How long does delivery take?

We offer two delivery options for Sydney Metro: Same-Day Delivery — Order before 11:30 am on a business day and we'll deliver the same day. A same-day delivery fee applies. Standard Delivery — Free delivery to Sydney Metro within 2–5 business days. For other areas we deliver to, allow 5–8 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email.

Q: Is delivery really free?

Yes — as a limited time offer, free delivery applies to Sydney Metro orders. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm your area is covered. A delivery fee applies to areas outside Metro Sydney.

Q: Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to Sydney Metro, select surrounding Sydney regions, and some ACT locations. We don't deliver to other states at this time. Enter your postcode at checkout to check if we deliver to your area.

Q: Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your delivery all the way to your door.

Q: Do I need to be home for delivery?

For large items like mattresses and bed frames, yes — someone needs to be available to receive and sign for the delivery. If that's not possible, you can request an Authority to Leave, though this voids the complimentary transit insurance on your order.

Q: Can I pick up in person?

Yes. Free Click & Collect is available from our warehouse at Unit 21, 70 Bridge Street, Picton NSW 2571. Select Click & Collect at checkout and we'll contact you when your order is ready.

Q: What mattress sizes do you stock?

We stock Single, King Single, Double, Queen, King, and Super King across our full mattress range.

Q: How do I choose the right mattress?

It comes down to your preferred sleep feel — Firm, Medium, or Plush — and any specific needs like back support or temperature regulation. Not sure? Call us on 0415 684 206 and we'll point you in the right direction.

Q: Do you sell bed frames and bases?

Yes. We stock a range of bed frames and bed bases to suit different styles and budgets. Browse the Beds section online or visit our Picton showroom.

Q: What is the 100-Night Trial?

Every Restmaker mattress comes with a 100-Night Trial. Sleep on it properly, and if it's not right for you, contact us before night 100. We'll organise a free pickup and process a full refund of the mattress purchase price — no hassle, no questions asked. See Refunds & Returns for more details.
