Build A Better Case

It all started with a banker’s box. Every time we went to trial, we lugged along a box with dozens of folders filled with the latest case law on voir dire, opening statement, closing argument, and various evidentiary issues. We wanted the key cases within reach so we could quickly deal with any issues that came up during trial. Looking for a more efficient way to keep the cases at our fingertips, we organized them into outlines. Trial ToolboxTM was born.

We quickly realized the outlines were useful tools not just for us, but for our fellow trial lawyers. An idea took root – why not share the outlines, helping our colleagues to achieve better results for their clients? We published the first Trial ToolboxTM outline in 2002, and we have grown the library ever since, handing out more than 10,000 copies in the years since.
