Alex and Ilyes installed a new furnace for me today and I couldn’t be happier. Fischer is going to be my first call for anything heating related from now on. Alex and Ilyes (and Matt) were all so professional, respectful, patient, and timely. I felt like I was in very good hands every step of the way.

We had a great experience with Fischer Heating and Air, especially with our technician Mike P. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

A previous company came out and spent half a day trying to diagnose the issue. They told us it was a serious problem and that we would likely need to replace the entire furnace. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion.

Mike quickly identified the real issue — a single wire had melted due to heat, which was causing a short and shutting the furnace off. He fixed the problem efficiently and then took the time to thoroughly test the entire system to make sure everything was working properly.

Everything is now running perfectly. Mike saved us a lot of money and unnecessary stress. Highly recommend!

Summary – We are really pleased with the recent furnace installation by Fischer Heating and Air!

Late one Saturday night last February I realized that our gas furnace had stopped heating. I searched the internet to find a company that could send a tech to look at our furnace on Sunday, and started researching gas furnace brands and models.

Sunday morning most companies were closed, but Fischer Heating had a tech on standby for the weekend. Aaron came by midday Sunday and checked out the furnace. He explained the issues (it had a cracked heat exchanger that was still under warranty!) and options, answering our questions quite thoroughly. We had two choices – do a parts warranty replacement of the heat exchanger plus labor costs for a time consuming task (on a 17 year old furnace?) or get a new furnace. We asked that he have Fischer send us a quote for a furnace replacement.

Monday I started calling several other HVAC companies (based on the ratings on the Internet) and I requested furnace replacement quotes from two companies. They each sent a tech out on Monday and prepared quotes. All three companies prepared quotes for the same general size/type of furnace, like the one we had. We got seven quotes for three different brands, five models.

By Tuesday we favored Fisher’s proposals. I asked if they had a slightly different model of the Trane furnace we were interested in. They did and had it in stock; Matt sent us a quote for that. We decided to go with that bid, I signed and emailed the work order back to Matt. I then drove by their office and dropped of the deposit check just before closing. Matt had already secured the necessary permit and had a crew lined up for Thursday morning.

The crew, John and Alex, arrived bright and early Thursday morning. We showed them around. They answered our questions and they got started. The furnace was installed shortly after noon. John then came upstairs and replaced our old Nest thermostat

As a property manager, I use Fischer for heating related issues and have always had a good experience! Tenants always have good things to say and the staff is always easy to schedule with.

Excellent experience getting my gas furnace replaced with a heat pump. Pat was the most knowledgeable and comprehensive of all the estimators that I talked to before starting this project and the quote was very competitive.

John, Ilyes and Nolan were amazing. They were here on time, worked fast and worked clean. I really couldn't be happier with the work they did, it was all very professional. I wish every contractor experience was this smooth.

I first met with Pat from Fisher Heating & Air for an estimate on two different projects at our church. Once we signed off on the cost, the installation job was handed over to technicians Alex and Nolan. Both Alex and Nolan did a fantastic job. They installed a new system for our church office and a new system in our parsonage. They were both very professional in their work while also keeping me informed on their progress. Pat was also onsite checking progress and making sure all question were answered. Our systems are working great today, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Fischer for any future work.

My Mitsubishi HVAC system stopped working so I called Fischer. Pat sent out a technician next day to analyze the system. The tech explained the problem thoroughly. My undersized outdoor unit needed a new part that was tedious to install and I might run into the same problem down the road because the undersized unit was having to work too hard. They located a right sized unit and installed it a couple of days later for about twice the cost of the repair. Works great! Fast service. Fair price. great communication.

Chose Fischer for a new heat pump installation and updating of duct work and are very happy we did. They did a great job - from attention to detail in planning to the execution of the work and communication throughout.

The install team was on time, efficient, and clean. I think they left the area cleaner than they found it! They finished a furnace install in about 4 hours and answered all my questions. They also did our heat pump 2 years ago and that’s why we chose them for this job as well.

Fischer installed a heatpump system at my house. The crew was efficient and polite, answering all of my questions and thoroughly explaining the new system.

Mike was the astute professional, he quickly diagnosed and explained the problem. He was able to quickly repair the unit and get it functioning properly.

Absolutely fantastic experience working with Pat, John, Michael, and Nolan from the Fischer team! We switched from an old gas furnace to a Mitsubishi Heat Pump and couldn't be happier with the install. Pat was our first point of contact and arrived exactly when scheduled for the estimate, giving us the full rundown for our home including possible limitations and workarounds, not ever feeling too sales-ey, just the facts. Once we accepted the quote (which was very reasonable compared to 3 other quotes), scheduling was super straightforward and the installers and electrician arrived promptly at 8am on Wednesday, worked all day removing the old system and installing the new lineset and air handler, then were back before 8am on the next day to finish the install and get us back up and heating before 2pm. The lineset is super clean, the electrical conduit looks great, and at every point the team communicated well and kept the space clean. We've had absolutely no issues with the install and it is whisper quiet! We'll definitely be calling the folks at Fischer again for all our future home projects!

Got an oil furnace replaced with an electric heat pump system and the whole Fischer crew was great. Pat talked through all my ideas with me and provided good feedback and got us dialed in. Alex and his crew worked efficiently with the added challenge of electricians on site and working in the same area. Everything has been working great and I am really thrilled about the service I recieved. Highly recommend.

Sam Miller was simply amazing. When another contractor told us we had to replace our entire boiler, he came in and fixed the existing unit in less than an hour. Honest and upstanding. I will use Fisher for all my heating needs from now on.

Excellent pre sale care by Matthew, very happy with the lack of drama, the very short timeframe between acceptance and installation, and the most personable care and customer service by Adrian and his assistants, wrapped up our entire heat pump project in under two business days. Now, just waiting for the final electrical permit approval, my hopes are high (! ?? )

I had my new furnace and thermostat installed today. The installers, Alex and Nolan were very knowledgeable technicians and explained everything I needed to know, walked me through future filter changing and answered all my questions. Matt was very knowledgeable and walked me through the do’s and don’ts in operating my new furnace and walked me through on how to operate my new thermostat. Alex and Nolan’s installation was quality work and they left the job site clean. Matt, Alex and Nolan are an excellent team and very professional. I highly recommend them if you need a new install.
