At Crestmont, Oscar handles all maintenance related work with tenants and owners. He ensures all maintenance items are completed within our standard timeframe and to our level of expectations. He also coordinates inspections, scheduling of maintenance, and processing of estimates.

We are experts at finding the right resident for your property. If a resident Crestmont placed has to terminate a lease prior to the original expiration date for any reason other than military orders, we will replace that resident for free.
