Office Assistant 

CORONADO, CA

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
  • 1 – 3 years working as an Administration Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Service Assistant, or similar office and client facing job.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Appfolio (Property Management Software), Social Platforms, RingCentral, and other similar platforms
  • Ability to work in a small office environment while being self-motivated, career-minded, flexible based on varying demands of the business, and dependable
  • Excellent written and verbal skills able to effectively interact with clients and owners

Responsibilities:

  •  Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, data entry, etc.
  • Assist with the process of moving in/out tenants
  • Schedule and coordinate all property showings utilizing an online platform with support from the entire team including consistent follow-up procedures as needed
  • Coordinate property market preparation in coordination with the leasing team
  • Provide general support coordinating maintenance activity with the assistance of other team members
  • Assist leadership team on a variety of tasks and initiatives as it relates to overall property management operations
  • Assist marketing manager with daily marketing tactics

Job Type: Part-Time Monday – Friday  12 PM – 5PM

Pay: $16 per hour

Work Location: In person location 1203 2nd Street Suite, C, Coronado CA 92118
