Inspections & Move-Outs
We know a rental property is a big asset and should be handled with the best care. We will make sure your home is properly maintained from tenant to tenant.

Our annual property inspections will give you peace of mind knowing we are physically in your home with an inspector to ensure your home is properly maintained. Standard inspections can help prevent serious expenses before they appear.

After a tenant submits a 30-day notice, Crestmont will perform a pre-move-out inspection, discuss the complete process of vacating from utilities to cleaning, and then Crestmont will perform a move-out inspection that will be used for their security deposit disposition.
