For many corporate shoots, we are looking for authenticity and a live environment helps the images look real. So it’s not only not a problem, it can actually help. Further, I am used to working “incognito”, minimising disruption to your team’s working day.

A mood board is a great way to communicate the “vibe” of your business, allowing me to align the lighting and energy of the photos with your existing brand identity.
Similarly, a shot list is crucial for guaranteeing we cover everything you need.
It’s helpful to include the technical requirements for each shot, including composition, orientation, aspect ratio, and negative space. This ensures that the images will work perfectly for their intended design and usage (website, socials, brochures, packaging, annual reports, etc). I can also capture multiple versions of images, varying the orientation and crop, to give you maximum flexibility for future projects.
Finally, the shot list helps us move through the shoot systematically and efficiently, allowing you to reserve spaces and schedule people to make the best use of your resources.
While this provides great structure, I am always flexible to pivot on the day and I am always the lookout for spontaneous, authentic moments.

Organiser Tip: I typically provide a single Master Gallery for the whole company, which is the easiest way to track progress. For headshots, I can also name the filenames by individual, making it much easier for your marketing or HR teams to identify and use the photos across your internal systems later.
To ensure your images best represent your brand, my corporate packages include professional retouching.
In my experience, the number of edits included in the package covers the “hero” shots typically captured during a shoot of that duration.
However, because corporate shoots can produce a great deal of variety, you may find you want more edited images. Additional retouched images can be added to your order at any time to ensure your full library is ready for use.
