Private clients do not generally need a referral to see a Physiotherapist. Some funded pathways, including Medicare GPCCMP, DVA and certain insurance claims, require a valid referral or other supporting documentation.

HICAPS claiming may be available at the clinic for eligible Physiotherapy services. Your rebate depends on your insurer, policy and available extras benefits, so please contact your insurer if you need the exact rebate amount.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellation or non-attendance may incur a fee.

Reception can explain what documents Tweak Health requires for Medicare GPCCMP, DVA, Workers Compensation, motor injury insurance and other approved accounts. Final eligibility and payment approval remain with the relevant funding provider.
