About the owner
I started my career in the home improvement industry in 2005 working for various companies offering home improvement services.
Over the years I noticed many companies unfortunately went out of business, leaving customers with unfulfilled contracts and unbacked guarantees.
It was clear to me there was a gap in the market for a company who were looking to prioritise the customer experience and strive for longevity.
I felt that customers who are happy with their experience are likely to then make repeat orders for different products or services, avoiding the need to source other companies again and in many cases having bad experiences in dealing with the unknown.
In 2013, I started Ultimate Home Solutions with the vision to offer a wide range of home improvement products across the whole of Scotland.
Currently we offer an ever expanding range with more than 50% of our customers returning for more than one service.
We source the best quality products on the market and nurture partnerships with suppliers and installers that we feel can uphold these values with us.
We have a strong focus on developing internal systems to improve our service and strive to become the market leader by continuing to offer a convenient range of products with a service that surpasses expectations.
