With a 30-year track record in senior positions at leading financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan, Nick brings unparalleled expertise to the company.
He has overseen high-end residential London developments in prestigious areas such as Belgravia, Kensington, Westminster, Chelsea and Wimbledon, and brings this luxury property experience to the exquisite homes we build in Suffolk.

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Bringing over 35 years of experience in construction, James has extensive experience in the execution of multi-million pound high-profile projects, including the world-famous Claridge’s Hotel in London, as well as infrastructure upgrades to the London Underground and Buckinghamshire’s road network.
He is committed to delivering our developments on time and to a high standard without any compromises.

CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
James has a wealth of experience in commercial refurbishments and new build luxury residential projects across East Anglia and London.
He enjoys working with the various construction teams onsite to ensure excellent levels of fitting and finishes. James knows all our developments intimately and meets all our buyers in person to answer any questions they may have about our properties.

SITE MANAGER
With two decades of experience in delivering homes for regional and national housebuilders, Kevin has extensive project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
With a personal passion for overseeing technical regulations for international motorsports, including six years encompassing Formula 1 and Asian Motorsports events, he is well-equipped to ensure our homes adhere to all the industry’s technical requirements and performance standards.

BRAND & MARKETING MANAGER
With a background in design & marketing for luxury brands, Bryony works to deliver our marketing message across all key online platforms and customer touch points, from property brochures, to social media and our website.
Having previously worked for globally-recognised travel, hotel & hospitality and property companies, she understands how to highlight the quality and considered design of our homes.

As a private company we have no outside shareholders to please. This means that we completely focused on ensuring quality is never compromised by cost cutting to boost outside shareholder returns. Our developments and portfolio of land are fully-funded by our Board of Directors and, at Willow Walk Homes, we do not borrow from banks or other financial institutions. Without the distraction of outside shareholders or bank borrowings, we can focus all of time on building beautiful homes with complement their local surroundings and will last for generations to come.
