About Our Products
CWS100 is an advanced surface-applied liquid CSH waterproofing solution that penetrates into concrete and reacts with calcium and water to create a permanent, calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) internal barrier against water. Designed to seal concrete from within, protecting against chlorides ingress, itis ideal for for above ground applications, such as areas exposed to thermal stress including bridge decks flyovers, podiums, carparks, and wharfs as well as water tanks and areas where the concrete is exposed to mechanical wear and abrasion, e,g. industrial warehouses, container and crane areas etc. Accepting direct application of hot asphalt without a protective layer, CWS100 is renowned for rapid completion of bridge projects in the hot African countries and has been approved by the Road Authority of Canada for use on bridges and flyovers.
This innovative treatment is also perfectly suited for infrastructure involved in the collection, treatment, and distribution of water. With the ability for a single applicator to cover up to 6,000 m² per day, CWS100 significantly speeds up project timelines and reduces labor costs.
Backed by a 25-year warranty, and several drinking water safety approvals, CWS100 delivers long-term, maintenance-free protection for concrete in a wide range of applications.
CWS Admix – Crystalline Waterproofing Additive
CWS Admix is a dry crystalline powder added directly to new concrete mixes, providing integrated waterproofing from the moment of placement. It transforms the concrete itself into a durable barrier against water ingress, eliminating the need for external membranes or coatings.
Ideal for large-scale infrastructure projects, CWS Admix is widely used in below-ground construction such as, roads, tunnels, water tanks, foundations, retaining walls, dams, and wastewater treatment plants.
