CWS Flexible Crackseal
CWS Flexible CrackSeal comprises two components: Component A, a liquid derived from specialized synthetic resins, and Component B, provided in powder form, constituting a mortar blend of cements, additives, and specific aggregates.
When combined, these components yield an elastomeric substance characterized by superior bond strength, ideal for effectively sealing cracks and joints in concrete, pre-cast elements, mortars, bricks, or other porous surfaces.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
- Sealing moving cracks and expansion joints, accommodating movement of up to 15% during service.
- Applicable for cracks and joints in continuous immersion, such as those in pipelines, water reservoirs, and water treatment plants.
- Suitable for sealing cracks and joints in concrete prefabricated elements and ceramic applications in façades and building construction.
- Effective for sealing active cracks in both concrete and masonry.
- Ideal for pointing mortar on porous substrates prone to movement.
BENEFITS
- Permits movement of cracks and joints up to 15%
- Outstanding adhesion on damp surfaces
- Total bonding to wet concrete, no bonding agent needed
- No maintenance, high weather resistance ane durability
- Non-sluming on vertical joints
- Suitable for areas consistently on contact with water
- Withstands both positive and negatice hydrostatic presssure
- Can be painted to desired colour once cured
