Technicians that get along with people AND computers
Our ideal candidate has exactly the right combination of interpersonal skills, technical knowledge, and common sense. Job duties consist primarily of handling the day to day technical needs of our clients. Expect to encounter issues with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 10, Office365, TCP/IP, malicious activity, and specialized line-of-business applications. You must be able to multitask and sometimes handle high-pressure situations. Our positions require strong customer interaction and personality, skills that are not very common among those skilled in IT.
Specific Experience Required
