★★★★★"The week over week guidance that Forge offers has done a lot to improve my overall consistency in the gym. I'm the most consistent in my fitness regime that I've ever been, and that's because of the guidance and accountability I receive from Forge."
★★★★★"Since joining Forge my body has definitely changed — my clothes fit better, I feel better and look better. The biggest change for me since joining Forge has been my relationship with exercise and food — I've come to a very peaceful place with it."

Reviews tell you what a client experienced. These published case studies go deeper by showing the problem, how the coaching changed to address it, and the result that followed.
Ryan Batura Spinal injury · chronic pain · long-term mobility
Decades of motorcycle and off-road racing left Ryan with a ruptured spinal disc and significant accumulated orthopedic damage. He wanted to remain active and keep riding without treating every workout as a test of how much pain he could tolerate.
Training was built around core strength, mobility, and productive movement rather than intensity for its own sake. The day's plan could change according to pain, recovery, and biofeedback while still preserving the larger objective of consistent training.
Ryan has remained a Forge client since 2018 with an approach designed to keep a compromised body training consistently rather than repeatedly losing momentum to pain and setbacks.
Erica Gucciardo Crohn's disease · body image · sustainable progress
Crohn's disease had affected Erica since childhood, making fatigue, pain, surgery, food, and weight part of a much more complicated health picture. At times, illness-driven weight loss had even been mistaken for progress.
Structured, periodized training was paired with a deliberate shift away from scale weight as the main measure of success. Strength, body composition, adherence, and consistent weekly coaching became the more useful markers.
Erica progressed beyond the cycle of equating smaller with healthier and now trains at what her coach describes as an athletic level.
Alexandra Stillman Chronic migraine · menopause · consistency
Decades of chronic migraines became even more disruptive during menopause. Bad days repeatedly interrupted exercise and reinforced an all-or-nothing mindset in which anything less than the intended workout could feel like failure.
Programming shifted toward realistic daily targets for hydration, corrective movement, nutrition, and habits. More demanding training was added only when her condition supported it, while coaching also challenged the all-or-nothing thinking itself.
Small, measurable wins rebuilt her consistency and changed her relationship with exercise after years of routines being derailed by unpredictable symptoms.
Sara Brady PCOS · hormonal health · nutrition
Sara had spent years cycling through fad diets while struggling with self-image. A PCOS diagnosis during her coaching changed the context for why her body was responding differently than she expected.
The plan changed as soon as the new information became available. Workouts were modified, food quality became a larger priority, and daily food-photo check-ins helped create greater awareness without relying only on calorie totals.
Her fitness and nutrition strategy became aligned with her actual physiology instead of continuing to force a generic approach that had repeatedly frustrated her.
James Granahan True beginner · international travel · confidence
James started with no real gym experience, little confidence using equipment, and a history of abandoning free fitness apps because there was no accountability or meaningful feedback.
Programming began at a true beginner level and developed progressively. As James traveled internationally, his training changed with his environment — heavier equipment-based work where gyms were available and running or interval work where they were not.
James went from starting at zero to consistent training across three continents, completing a 10K and multiple multi-day international hikes, including a 100km trek through Patagonia.
Ali Harrison Wrist arthritis · competitive tennis · longevity
Severe degenerative wrist arthritis led a sports medicine physician to tell Ali that her competitive tennis career was likely over. She also needed a training format she could perform independently rather than relying on frequent in-person sessions.
Her program was designed specifically around the wrist limitation while improving the strength and movement needed to continue competing. The online format also allowed her to follow the plan independently between coaching interactions.
A decade later, Ali remains relatively pain-free and is still playing competitive tennis despite once being told she would likely have to give it up.
