To book a proposal, please fill out the inquiry form here. We will review your inquiry and reach out to you as soon as possible to confirm availability for your requested date.

We kindly request at least 3 business days’ notice for all bookings. Please note that we are unable to accommodate same-day bookings.

A 30% deposit is required at least 3 days in advance of your requested date. We accept payment via bank transfer, Wise transfer, and credit/debit card via Paypal. The remaining 70% can be paid in cash on the day of the proposal.

Standard Rescheduling & Cancellations: 

• More than 72 hours from your scheduled start time: Rescheduling and cancellations are permitted with a full deposit refund.
• Within 72 hours of your scheduled start time: Rescheduling is not permitted and cancellations are non-refundable.

Rain Rescheduling & Cancellations: 

• We monitor AccuWeather for weather forecasting. If AccuWeather’s forecast predicts a 50% or greater likelihood of rain at any point during your scheduled proposal time, or one hour before or after your scheduled proposal time, we will contact you 24 hours in advance to reschedule. To protect our equipment and team, the final decision to reschedule remains at our sole discretion.
• In the case of rescheduling due to rain, we will move your booking to the next mutually available date and time. If your travel itinerary does not allow for rescheduling, the deposit remains non-refundable.
• If it begins to rain during your proposal, our team reserves the right to conclude early to clean up the setup and prevent equipment damage.

We currently offer 5 locations in Phuket: Layan Beach, Cherhouse Cafe, Lon Island, Bon Island and Private Residences. All locations have a minimal amount of people, providing privacy for your proposal. You can find more details about each location here.

We carefully select locations in Phuket that offer as much privacy as possible. However, all beaches in Thailand are public, so we cannot control the number of people present, but we always aim to set up away from others.

Yes, photography of the proposal and a post-proposal photoshoot is included in every proposal package. You will receive 50+ edited photos within 5-7 days after the proposal. Please note raw files are not provided.

You may also remove photography from any proposal package for a discounted package price.

Yes! We currently offer 6 color themes for most of our packages: Sky Blue, Sandy Beige, Soft Pink, Warm Terracotta, Natural Green, and Sunny Yellow. If you have a specific theme or customization request, please let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate and create a setup that makes your proposal truly special.

Most of our proposal packages last from 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Although the exact duration depends on the package.

All proposal packages are designed for 2 people, but additional family and friends are welcome. Additional seating, food, and drinks for the Dream Proposal and Blossom Proposal packages may be added for ฿1,000 per person up to 6 people total.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies, including halal, vegan and vegetarian options.

Homeaway Picnic is not liable for any damage, injury, death, or financial loss resulting from the use of our equipment or services. All equipment remains the client’s responsibility until it has been returned to Homeaway Picnic. Charges will apply for any missing or damaged items.
