Located 3 km from L’Estartit, 6 km from Torroella de Montgrí, and close to the sea, between the Montgrí massif and the Ter river, this farmhouse was built at the beginning of the 18th century, surrounded by cultivated fields. It includes an annex building restored to create three ground-floor cottages, each accommodating four people.
The layout is identical for all three apartments:
All three are on the ground floor, featuring a paved terrace at the front with garden furniture and a 900 m² lawn area with barbecues.
Two fenced swimming pools with gardens: one for toddlers (2.5×2.5 m² and 30 cm deep) and a larger pool (6×15 m, depth 1 to 1.6 m), equipped with sun loungers (aluminum and sling), surrounded by another large 1,100 m² garden.
The nearest public path is 120 m from the accommodations, ensuring safety for children and peace of mind for adults.
Its century-old and generous legacy includes mountains, valleys, farmlands, the Ter river, wetlands, beaches, dunes, coves, and islands.
Over time, the balance between humans and the land has become fragile, necessitating tools to restore it. This effort is consolidated with the law declaring the Montgrí, Medes Islands, and Baix Ter Natural Park.
