How and when do I receive my purchase/access my downloads?

- Once you have placed your order and the payment has been successfully processed, you will be automatically transferred to a download page containing links to the MP3 files.

- You will also be sent an automated email receipt containing download links.

- You can also log into your account area and access the downloads anytime by clicking the ‘My Account‘ link in the top left-hand menu. Use the email address and password you entered when placing your order. Once inside the Account Area, you will see a menu link to your download page.
If you need assistance
Please note: If you need to contact me because you are experiencing a problem downloading, opening, or playing the music files, etc., please provide details of what equipment you are downloading to in your message, e.g., a Windows PC, Apple Mac, iPad, iPhone, Android tablet, etc. This may help me provide better support for you.
Commercial Use and Collaboration
I regularly receive questions and proposals regarding commercial/business use and potential collaborations. I am very grateful when someone considers using my products and potentially working with me this way. However, I’m sorry, I don’t make custom tracks or collaborate with other creators or companies. I prefer to keep my business simple and do my own thing.
