Half Distance 70.3, April 2026
Quick informative response I have been using a MyProCoach intermediate 70.3 training plan for two weeks now. During that time, I have had several back-and-forth emails/questions with Coach Faye. She has always been quick to respond and has answered my questions in a thorough manner that I could understand. I have had quicker and more informative responses in two weeks than I ever did in a year and a half with Tri Dot. I highly recommend MyProCoach! - 16 Apr 2026

Marathon, April 2026
Brighton Marathon I completed the Brighton Marathon last weekend in a time of 2:58:29 in tough, windy conditions. The time put me 9th in my age group, 45-49 (although I’m now at the end of that age range, so next year I hope to be even higher in age group). I followed your master's marathon plan and have been using your plans for a number of years to great success. I’d just like to say a massive thanks for making the training plan so easy to follow and so effective in a world increasingly becoming confusing by alternative plans, but MyProCoach offer clear, personal and flexible plans. Happy running! 🤩 - 13 Apr 2026

Beating the Heat - Crushing my Goal! I recently completed the 2026 IRONMAN 70.3 in the country of Panama. It was my second time racing the course. The first time, in 2023, I did not fare well and finished in 7:31, not a memorable race. I have done 6 half-distance races and have never used a structured plan, nor have I ever broken the 7-hour mark, which was my ultimate goal. This time I did both. I used MyProCoach 12-week 70.3 training plan and crushed it. I came in at 6:50! I've never been so happy! The training plan is easy to follow, builds gradually, and focuses on cycling to ensure my 60-year-old body is durable enough to last. From the beginning to the last taper, it built my endurance and set me up for a great race! Now, I have another goal to break. Thanks, Coach Mosley! - 06 Apr 2026

Highly Recommend for PRs I dropped over an hour following your intermediate 70.3 plan this past weekend in Galveston. Plan on using your Olympic competitive plan next. The structure and additional info have been a game-changer. - 31 Mar 2026

Thank You! I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you.
I started my triathlon journey with your plans back in 2022 for my first sprint distance, and I’ve since progressed through Olympic and 70.3 training with your guidance. Today, I confidently invested in your intermediate full-distance IRONMAN plan—which feels like a full-circle moment.

What I appreciate most is how intentional your programs are. They’re structured, clear, and realistic for someone balancing a full professional life—yet still ambitious enough to drive real progress.

A HUGE value for me is how MyProCoach integrates into TrainingPeaks and how my TrainingPeaks calendar integrates into my Google Calendar. (Prior to the week’s start, I update each training session in TP with the correct start time.)
Then, while reviewing my Google Calendar (I use it for work and personal appointments), I can easily see (all in one place) what the training is for the week.

Your YouTube channel has been an equally valuable part of that experience. It brings context and coaching insight that goes beyond the numbers in TrainingPeaks—it genuinely feels like having a coach in the room.

Thank you!

Training Plan worked like a Charm! Just a quick note on the Run Rome Marathon from last week-end. Was an incredible experience to run this city. MyProCoach training plan worked like a charm. Could reach my personal best with 3:23:19 ending up in the top 5% of my age group. Definitely makes you feel like their motto: “Run like a gladiator” for this first street marathon - 26 Mar 2026

Ironman 70.3 Curitiba: Resilience, Family, and Balance The journey to IRONMAN 70.3 Curitiba was a roller-coaster, but I knew from the start that taking on this challenge was the right decision. Having only competed in Sprint triathlons and skipping the Olympic distance entirely, the motivation came from a special place: racing in my hometown. Not knowing when I'd have the chance to race these streets again, I signed up.

My coach’s training plan was my North Star. I often looked at the sessions, wondering if they would be enough, but I arrived on race day feeling confident that I was prepared to give it my all. The stakes were high—only four months prior, I was coming off a year-long break from training following the birth of my daughter, Amora.

Being a new father added a layer of complexity: I wanted to become an IRONMAN without compromising my role as a dad or neglecting my family. My wife, Juliana, is a vital part of my life, and ensuring she wasn’t overwhelmed by my training schedule was non-negotiable. Completing the race while keeping the family bond strong became my primary mission.

The race itself was gruelling. A 70.3 with an already challenging 1,000m elevation profile was increased to over 1,400m of climbing due to last-minute course changes. To add to the difficulty, I battled digestive issues just five days before the event, only feeling truly ready to start on the day of the briefing.

My mental focus for the day was simple: finish strong and healthy. Mission accomplished. Overcoming barriers, pushing limits, and adapting to the unexpected—that is how I summarise this race. A huge thank you to my coach and the team; our communication was excellent, and everything fell into place.

Coach Faye supporting for Marahon and IRONMAN I have used MyProCoach for over a year and done multiple events (both running and triathlon/IRONMAN).
With Coach Faye, I have recently completed a half-marathon and a full marathon, both PBs.
For the Half Marathon, after years of stagnating at 1:40/45, I was able to achieve a 1:35.
For the Marathon I achieved a 3:45.
Happy for the support given so far by Coach Faye and the MyProCoach platform

Big fan of the marathon training plans (all of them) I’ve been following the MyProCoach marathon training plans (intermediate, advanced, and maintenance) and couldn’t be happier with the results. The structure, guidance, and support were outstanding—they helped me improve my marathon PB from 3:27 to 3:09 in 2025! Highly recommended for anyone looking to take their running to the next level. - 06 Jan 2026

Consistency and Balance After 12 years in the sport, the biggest challenge is often balancing the grind with daily life. Since switching to the MyProCoach training plans in 2024, I’ve found a level of consistency I didn't think was possible. The workouts are challenging but sustainable, allowing me to complete nearly every session. Phil’s ability to design a high-performance routine that fits a busy schedule is unmatched. Highly recommended for any long-course athlete looking to enjoy the process again. Thank you, coach!!! - 25 Dec 2025

Thanks for everything! This year was incredible for me. I took on my first IRONMAN and managed to finish it! It was an incredible experience, and I have to thank you for the training and support I received with informative emails packed with helpful tips. It was a wonderful journey that I wouldn't have been able to do on my own without your help. In 2024, I completed two IRONMAN 70.3s, always using your training plans, and this year I raised the bar. To top it all off, I also ran a marathon in November :-)
Thank you for your experience and professionalism!

From DNF to Podium Success! 'Thrilled to have tackled my goal to complete Haines City 70.3 this year. Last year I earned a DNF at this race, so finishing simply finishing felt great. Coach Kate at MyProCoach was responsive to my incessant e-mails and tweaked my TP several times; I found this to be effective.
Even though retirement gives me the time to train, I travel often to visit my grandchildren who live out of state and across the world. Coach Kate was supportive when I needed to move entire blocks of training because of a long flight or no nearby places to swim. Because their plans offer such diversity and flexibility, I’ll continue training with MyProCoach in 2026.''

Triathlon and half marathon training with Faye I've been working with Faye for just under two months now and she's been great! Responds in a timely manner to any questions I have. She has been extremely flexible in helping me manage my training for both a half marathon and my first triathlon in the same block. I'd recommend her and the MyProCoach program to anyone looking to get started, improve, or to have someone help steer them in the right direction. - 16 Dec 2025

Coach Faye + MyProCoach = Amazing! While a lifetime fitness enthusiast, I just started doing Sprints (and the occasional Olympic) triathlons as a 60 y/o and just completed my 4th season. Training Peaks has provided amazing structure, but Coach Faye (one of the coaches available in MyProCoach) has been the true star/motivator in my quest for optimal fitness. She has helped customise my plans (I am an unlimited athlete) to optimise strength and core training as well. Additionally, she has repeatedly and patiently explained various aspects of Training Peaks that stumped me as a nascent triathlete. I cannot say how grateful I am for Coach Faye and the rest of Coach Phil's team and structured program. - 23 Nov 2025

Half Marathon, November 2025
It is never too late to start For the first time in 5 Tavy 7-mile races on Dartmoor, I have improved my time (38 seconds) from the previous year's race. At age 75, I thought decline was inevitable.

This was not just because I was following a plan on a run training app, but because I was following a MyProCoach plan whose coach chose the plan appropriate to my age; my previous training app did not do this.

It has made a huge difference having a coach who explains things so clearly to help me improve and educate my mind and body.
It is easy to have workouts sent directly to my watch detailing times, distances, and pace, and although there has been a lot of up-to-date science involved in creating plans which I may not fully understand, it seems to work.

There is advice on nutrition, rest, recovery and strength (exercises I can actually see being demonstrated). Also, there are short chats with tips and anecdotes about mistakes and solutions, as well as longer articles.

I particularly like a graphic which pops up every morning detailing my "performance metrics": fatigue, fitness and form (readiness for a race).

I am continuing to enjoy my running with MyProCoach, having just completed my first 10k plan for the 7 miler and just started a new plan for the half marathon next March.

Thank you MyProCoach I have been following the MPC plans for a few years now, and they have served me so well. I recently ran my best marathon time!

Besides the plan, the interface with Training Peaks and Garmin, what I really value in the program is Phil. The little chats before race day have encouraged me when the pressing doubts are weighing heavily. The calm and clear way in which he lays out information takes the mystery out of many aspects of preparing and racing.

I like the fact that Phil is often outdoors in these chats or in a space that looks like a basic home gym.
Phil is still racing, and he shares his triumphs and disappointments with us. He makes references to his family and to work because, like those who use the program, he is balancing these things.

Phil keeps it real!
