I am super happy with your plans! I bought two successive plans, a six-month one to prepare for a Half Distance 70.3 race, and then a two-month one to prepare for a Full-Distance 140.6 race.
Overall, this was great. I finished my first Full Distance 140.6 race in Thun at age 56 with a time of 14h19 min.
I am very proud of this and very happy to have purchased your plans.
I train alone, and these plans are perfect for me.
I recently bought another plan to prepare me for a marathon.
From next week, I will start a new training plan of 40 weeks to prepare for the Roth Full Distance 140.6 race on July 5th.

The Road to WC-IM Kona with MyProCaoch I started IM70.3 triathlon races in December 2021 with the "free" training plans. In 2024 and 2025 I signed up for the Unlimited MyProCoach Training programs to have more guidance and structure and I accomplished 4 IM70.3 podium finishes, 2 IM140.6 podium finishes, qualified for both WC-IM Kona 2025 and WC-IM70.3 Marbella Spain 2025. The MyProCoach training programs are so well structured, simple to follow and the video's and extra comments give you better insight and the flexibility to adjust your training in function of your life situation. His Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced training plans are key to the time, effort and commitment you can put into your training. WC-IM Kona was very very hard but I'm grateful for the experience and my finishing time of 13:10:26 in the AG60-64. Thanks to MyProCoach, Phil Mosley and my coach Kelly Watts who gave me a lot of emotional support after IM Lake Placid to prepare for Kona, I am proud to be a WC-Kona Ironman finisher in less than 4 years and a member of the MyProCoach family.

Crossing the Ironman Finish Line with a Smile – Thanks to MyProCoach! I recently completed my Full IRONMAN Cascais with a big smile on my face, and I have to thank MyProCoach for that! The training plan was exceptionally well structured, keeping me motivated and confident throughout the entire process. Every session had a purpose and built perfectly toward race day.
Beyond the workouts, the nutrition insights and guidance made a huge difference, avoiding stomach upset from energy gels.

Excellent Coaching and Well-Structured Plans I used MyProCoach training plans for both an Olympic-distance and a Half-Distance 70.3 triathlon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The plans were clear, well-structured, and perfectly balanced to build fitness and confidence leading up to race day.

Chicago Marathon 2025 I purchased a 6-week advanced marathon masters plan starting at the end of August for the purposes of running the Chicago Marathon in October 2025. Normally, I would have prepared over at least a 16-week training block, but I had a bad injury in April where I fractured my tibia and was in a cast for around 8 weeks, unable to train apart from upper body work. I knew it was risky going straight into a marathon training block, hence why I started training with only 6-7 weeks before the Chicago Marathon. Whilst I followed the plan fairly well, I still had a few missed sessions, mainly speed work, as a niggling foot problem on the fractured leg held me back. However, I was hitting all my endurance runs, typically in Zone 2. My race at the Chicago marathon couldn’t have gone much better despite the lack of races and not feeling at my best. I finished sub 3 hours in a time of 2:58.27. I can’t thank you enough for the success of the plan over such a short training block. Thank you! 🙏 - 21 Oct 2025

Ironman 70.3 - A Beginner's Experience A year ago today, for reasons still largely unknown to me, I decided to become an IRONMAN. With barely any sports background to speak of and knowing next to nothing about triathlon, I knew I needed a plan that would be easy to follow for a newcomer yet detailed enough to get me to a level where I could survive without drowning at the start or bonking at the finish.

I discovered MyProCoach and their training plans through TrainingPeaks and was drawn by their professional approach, the variety of plans and resources available on their website, and the positive testimonials from athletes of many different levels. I browsed through the various plans and sample weeks and decided that the first step on this journey would be a half-distance 70.3 race held in my home country, Croatia. After much pondering, I signed up for the race and entrusted my fate to the plan.

I want to thank the entire MyProCoach team for the support they have given me over the past months. The training plan itself was excellent, but the additional support they provided by replying to questions, sharing tips, and posting information through their website and YouTube videos saved me a lot of time and trouble as a complete newcomer to the sport.

Come race day, I felt confident and prepared, despite a year earlier feeling that a half-distance 70.3 was something insurmountable. Now I feel that the full distance is well within reach, with a lot more training, of course. Within just a few months of following the plan, I noticed significant improvements in my fitness, and with every fitness evaluation, I could suddenly do more.

I have only words of praise for the preparation MyProCoach has provided me, and I couldn’t recommend their services highly enough to anyone looking to improve their fitness and tackle big goals in the world of endurance sports.

World Championship Result A fantastic result for me at the World Triathlon Championship Finals, in Wollongong!
14/48 in the 65-69 age group and 1st Brit out of 8 in the race.
I’ve decided to hang up my goggles, bike and run shoes, going out on a high representing GB. I think I had the best race I could have had.
A friend of mine sent me a Churchill quote, “Now is not the time for ease and comfort, now is the time to dare and endure, certainly worked for me this year.

Zero to IRONMAN in 36wks I started a 36-week Beginner full-distance triathlon plan from MyProCoach in February 2025.

I had no prior triathlon experience, just running, and had set a goal to finish an IRONMAN. The chosen venue and date were Calella-Barcelona on October 5th, and this plan just fitted in that timeframe.

The training plan was clearly structured in TrainingPeaks and easy to sync with my Garmin devices (Edge 840 for bike and Instinct 2 for run and swim).

As part of the training plan, you do periodic FTP's to establish the zones for the training.
The workouts are a nice balance between Z2 and interval training at first and become more race-specific towards the end.

I had no swimming experience, so I was struggling to follow the swim workouts at first. I decided to take freestyle swimming lessons and significantly increase my swim training frequency to almost daily, while maintaining the 2 bike and 2 run sessions per week, until I was able to also complete the swim workouts.

I found the training workouts towards the end challenging but doable, as long as you pay good attention to sleep, rest and recovery.

I finished Calella well within the cut-off time, which was my goal. Mission accomplished! Now I'm hooked and looking for my next race, most likely 70.3, next year.

Well structured plan that works I just completed my first IRONMAN event following the beginner Full Distance plan. I found the program to be well structured and balanced with enough volume to help me succeed, but also not too much to stop me from having a balance to my life.

The on-demand coach support makes a big difference, and Coach Faye was always there to quickly answer any additional questions in a comprehensive way.

This made it much easier to adjust the plan as needed when life got in the way.

The seamless integration with TrainingPeaks and my watch made the plan easy to follow. You also get a lot of well-timed video tips along the way, which help you add to your knowledge along the way.

These plans are great value for money for what you get from them, and I would recommend them to fellow athletes

Portland Marathon PB I did the 20-week intermediate training plan for the Portland Marathon. I also did the strength training. This plan made training easier, and I didn’t get too burnt out at the end of it. I got a PB on my marathon time by 14 minutes. I felt nervous because my longest run was 13 miles, but I trusted the process and knew that time on my feet was most important. Great plan! I'm a 60-year-old weekend warrior who hasn't done a tri in 35 years. I used the intermediate 12-week plan based on the recommendations from the website. The plan kept me rested but challenged. I was amazed at the improvement I achieved in just a few weeks. It allowed me to build slowly but still see clear gains. Best of all, following the plan kept me injury-free because I abided by the rest days and easy days, avoiding overtraining. I finished the tri in the middle of my age group and felt within myself the whole time. I especially appreciated the guidance for the final week because it kept me from overtraining. MyProCoach have exceed all my expectations and been an integral part of achieving my triathlon ambitions From a starting point of one year's serious triathlon experience, through representing GB age group at Sprint and Standard Distance at the World and European Championships, to winning my age group at the Scottish Middle Distance Championships, then making it onto the podium at Calella-Barcelona IRONMAN, MyProCoach has been an integral part of my success.
I took up triathlon seriously at the age of 61 and have been with MyProCoach for the last 3 years. I started with a Standard Distance Plan, which I used for the first couple of years to qualify and then compete for the GB Age Group Team. Then this year, a 9-month Full Distance Plan, which one of their Coaches, Faye, helped me tailor to fit in the Scottish Middle Distance Event partway through.
Coach Faye has helped me continuously through this journey with fantastic advice on a wide range of subjects. This year, I've had numerous injuries and illness setbacks, which she helped me work around. It's clearly successful as I beat my sub-12-hour IRONMAN target by a long way on Sunday and ended up on the podium with a 3rd-place age group result. I don't think I could have achieved my triathlon goals without Faye and MyProCoach. I'd highly recommend MyProCoach to anyone looking for structure and help with their training.
