Staples, no staples, electronic signature accepted, electronic signature rejected—every US authority has its own requirements. You tell me exactly where you're submitting the translation, and I take care of the rest.
Guaranteed acceptance by USCIS, WES, US universities, and other US authorities, or you get your money back and a corrected translation at no charge with rush turnaround. All my translations are fully compliant with United States Regulation 8 CFR § 103.2(b)(3).
(The fine print: This guarantee only applies to translations for official use in the US. My ATA certification is not necessarily recognized outside of the US.)
I offer express options, also for a flat fee per page. I only promise what I can deliver, and I have never missed an agreed-upon deadline.
Your personal documents stay on my computer and are not sent around the globe to the lowest bidder or into the cloud.
If you need the translations submitted directly to an authority or credentialing service in the US, I'm happy to help. Something else? Shoot me a message and we'll figure it out.

A certified translation is a translation accompanied by a certificate of accuracy. All my certified translations are accompanied by a signed certification of accuracy with my ATA stamp and seal. Because I am ATA-certified, my translations are accepted by all US authorities and are fully compliant with United States Regulation 8 CFR § 103.2(b)(3).
I charge a flat $39 per page for standard translation, with a turnaround of 1-3 business days for most projects. Contact me for additional options such as notarization and express translation.
For most US authorities, notarization is not required. However, the US Department of State requires that translations for passport applications be accompanied by a notarized certificate of accuracy. This may also be required by some non-immigration entities such as US courts. When in doubt, please ask the requesting authority. I’m happy to help you find out whether notarization is required.
In some restricted cases, Swiss and German authorities also accept translations by an ATA-certified translator. In many cases, however, translations for Germany and Switzerland need to be provided by a sworn translator, which I am not. In Austria, only “Gerichtsdolmetscher” (sworn translators) may provide official certified translations, and I am not sworn in Austria.
I have been in the translation business since 2010. As an ATA-certified translator, I am bound by the American Translators Association’s Code of Ethics and Professional Practice. I will not outsource your project, nor will I send your confidential documents to third parties or to the lowest bidder. Your documents stay local, on my computer.
From 2018 to 2025, I was the webmaster of the Northern California Translators Association and thus know a thing or two about cybersecurity. The only other living being who has access to my office is my dog, who lacks the opposable thumbs to crack my passphrases. I use a dedicated email server under my own domain to send messages. Documents that you upload are encrypted via TLS/SSL.
