We handle everything to do with payroll processing. That includes setting up employees, paying them and handling queries and departures. You’ll be compliant with HMRC RTI requirements, pension auto-enrolment and all your pension and end-of-year P60 and P11D filings.

How much does payroll cost for a small team in the UK?
Our UK payroll pricing scales with your team size, starting from £13 per person per month for 1-5 employees, decreasing to £8 per person per month for teams over 31 people. There’s a one-off £185 setup fee, and we also offer fortnightly (extra £2/person/month) or weekly (extra £4/person/month) processing if needed.
What's included in your payroll service?
We handle everything – from setting up new employees and processing monthly payments to managing HMRC RTI requirements, pension auto-enrolment, employee queries, departures, and all your year-end P60 and P11D filings. You simply tell us who to pay and when, and we take care of the rest.
Can you handle payroll for our international team members?
Yes, we run global payroll in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the US, covering monthly processing and all local compliance obligations. Each country has different requirements, so we’ll provide a tailored quote with a one-off setup fee and monthly price per country once we understand your needs.
Do I need to sign a long-term payroll contract?
No, there are no lock-ins whatsoever – you can cancel anytime if your needs change. Our minimum monthly fee is £35 plus VAT, and all our pricing is transparent and scalable as your team grows.
What if we need to switch from weekly to monthly payroll?
That’s no problem at all – our service is flexible and can accommodate different pay frequencies. We charge standard rates for monthly payroll, with small additional fees if you need fortnightly (extra £2/person/month) or weekly (extra £4/person/month) processing instead.
