They fixed a leak in my 5 year old roof that was installed by a different company. Jamie was the rep, Randy (foreman) and Matt (Management) were involved. This is a company that stands behind their workmanship which is very refreshing these days to work with honest individuals. They did a great job and even matched the color of my existing shingles! I can’t say enough great things about my experience with this roofing company. My contact person, Evan, was incredibly professional, responsive, and kept me updated every step of the way. During the process, they discovered an issue with spray foam insulation in our attic that could have impacted both ventilation and the manufacturer’s warranty on our shingles. Instead of just pushing forward to collect the final payment, they took the time to crawl through our attic, assess the ventilation, explain the problem clearly, and offer solutions. They absolutely could have kept quiet about it, but their honesty and commitment to doing things the right way really stood out. They followed through on every recommendation and made sure the corrections were done properly before the final payment was made. I am so grateful I listened to a friend who suggested I give this company a try — I already had three quotes and was ready to choose someone else. Not only did they work with me on pricing, but they were transparent with timelines and delivered exactly what they promised. I had a tapered TPO still under warranty that needed some attention. I was happy with their prompt attention from start to finish. The issue was rectified and the professional repair was completed. This was why I chose The Roofing Company of Tampa Bay to do my initial install. They honored their warranty and they have longevity to do so! A special shoutout to Evan, the repair evaluation specialist and Jose Cruz, the technician who made the repair. Both these individuals were professional, honest, and courteous.

I've been using this company for many years referred them to many others with great success. They came out gave me a great estimate I had the work done could not be happier. From speaking with Kristen in the office who is customer oriented to Joshua coming out for the estimate..and David and Evan complaining the work properly and efficiently you could not ask for a better company.

I definitely would recommend this company for a new roof. I had my roof replaced in May of this year (2025) and the entire process from the initial proposal by Matt, to the install process, to the clean up process was excellent. In addition, I was provided a wind mitigation report as part of the package. I was able to forward this report, along with the permit data to my insurance company. Everything that was promised was delivered.
