Through our experiential workshops, we offer the opportunity to safely explore and immerse yourself into the delicate terrain of love, intimacy, and sexuality.

HAI Workshops to Meet You Where You Are

At HAI Global, you can join our different workshops from many regions across the world. Some of these locations include Ontario, Midwestern USA, California, the US East Coast and Germany. We also offer many workshops virtually, to accommodate those who cannot attend in person.

Start Your Journey with HAI Global

HAI’s workshops progress through various “levels”, each building on the previous one, enhancing your self-awareness and improving your understanding of others.

You can start with one of our Short Events (2-3 hours) to get a taste for what we offer or dive right into a weekend workshop to get a more immersive experience.

At HAI, you’ll not only discover an inclusive community rooted in the values of acceptance, dignity, choice, and unconditional love, but you’ll also experience our experiential workshops that actively challenge you. Consequently, these workshops help you deepen your ability to cultivate meaningful, rich, and joyful relationships with yourself and others.

If you would like to learn more or have questions that were not answered above, feel free to browse our HAI Global FAQ page. HAI wants to ensure that you understand and feel comfortable with your decision to attend our personal growth workshops.

Q: How do I know if the HAI workshops are for me?

A: Our workshops are open to all individuals who want to improve their relationship with themselves and others. This includes singles, those in long-term relationships, open, or complex relationships, and people of every gender identification and sexual orientation who are over the age of 18. HAI participants range in age from 18 to their 90s, but in general, we tend to have large numbers of participants in their 30s, through 60s. During our workshops we explore personal growth, intimacy, love and sexuality. 

Q: Who are the facilitators for my workshop?

A: There is a group of facilitators who lead all of the workshops worldwide. To find out who is leading a specific workshop, please check the listings under Register. All of the facilitators are equally wonderful. They each bring their own unique gifts that ensure each workshop is a rewarding, rich experience in self discovery, self love and more.

Q: How will my relationship with others be improved through HAI Global workshops?

A: HAI creates workshops that enhance communication in all areas of your life. This includes your relationship with yourself so you know what you really want in life. You’ll find a new respect for all genders regardless of sexual orientation. You’ll be exposed to tools that help you heal past hurtful relationships and you’ll learn to trust yourself and others more fully. This will help you find love, starting with self love, and keep the love you find.
