Our Heart To Heart Weekend retreat is an immersive weekend workshop that provides profound opportunities for deeply connecting in your relationship.

Every once in awhile our day to day way of being….gets tiresome, bumpy and in need of some rejuvenation. In our intimate relationships we sometimes need a pause, to take a breath, refresh and hit the renew button… This workshop is for those in any kind of relationship who suddenly realize it could use a bit of sculpting, sanding and polishing… bringing the shine back into your love…into your day to day interactions on the path of life.

During the workshop, you will dive deeply into the key elements that contribute to a healthy and thriving relationship. From effective communication strategies to building trust and intimacy, you’ll gain practical skills that can be applied immediately to enhance the connection with your partner(s).
Through engaging discussions, interactive exercises, and thought-provoking activities, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your partner(s), and the dynamics that shape a successful relationship. You’ll explore the power of vulnerability, learn to express your needs and desires authentically, and discover how to create shared goals that will strengthen your bond and propel you towards a future filled with joy and fulfillment.
There will be many opportunities for you to just be with your partner/s and enjoy the venue. Most of the exercises are done with your partner/s, so you will have plenty of material to add to your story of being together.

*Truly be partners and advocates for each other, especially when there are challenges
The relationship building weekend starts with dinner at 6 PM on Friday night. The workshop starts at 7 PM sharp. Saturday and Sunday both start at 8:30 AM with breakfast; the workshop starts at 9:30 AM. There are short breaks every few hours throughout the day along with longer meal breaks. On Saturday night, we have a special connecting exercise after dinner. On Sunday, we serve dinner after our closing circle between 6 and 6:30 PM.
Upgraded lodging options may be available depending on the location. Special dietary food options may also be available for a nominal fee.
We have need-based and diversity partial scholarships available.
This program is for adults over 18 years old.
Each partner registers separately, with a deposit (tell us who you will be attending with).
