Why Xentric Exists
IT support is easy to promise.
Clarity is harder to find.
We help small and midsized businesses bring structure to IT, reduce surprises, and make better technology decisions.

It Started With a Pattern
We kept seeing the same thing.
Good businesses were relying on technology more and more, but they were not getting the kind of support, guidance, or structure they actually needed.
They were getting fixes. They were not getting clarity.
The Xentric Story
Like a lot of people in IT, we started by helping others. Friends, family, and business owners would ask for advice, troubleshooting, or help untangling a mess.
After enough of those conversations, one thing became clear. Small and midsized businesses were often expected to run on technology they did not fully control, fully understand, or fully trust.
So we built Xentric to change that. Not by being louder, flashier, or more technical for the sake of it. By being clearer, more structured, and more invested in helping businesses use technology well.
What Needed to Change
Less Reaction
More Planning
Technology should not feel manageable only when nothing is broken.
Less Jargon
More Clarity
People should understand what is happening, why it matters, and what comes next.
Less Patchwork
More Standards
Reliable IT comes from consistency, not improvisation.
Less Vendor Mentality
More Partnership
The goal is to support the business, not just resolve tickets.
How We Think About IT
We do not believe better IT comes from adding more noise, more tickets, or more tools alone.
We believe it comes from better visibility, better priorities, and standards that make execution more predictable.
Clarity Before Action
You cannot manage what nobody can clearly explain.
Business Impact Over Technical Noise
Not every issue deserves the same urgency.
Standards Create Stability
Consistency reduces chaos.
Partnership Over Transactions
The relationship should help the business run better over time.

Why We’re Called Xentric
Xentric is pronounced “zen-trick.”
The name reflects the kind of IT experience we wanted to create from the beginning: one that feels more customer-centered, more thoughtful, and less chaotic.
Too often, businesses are left dealing with reactive support, unclear guidance, and technology that feels harder to manage than it should. We built Xentric around a different mindset, one centered on clarity, structure, and a better overall experience.
That same idea also carries into Xenith, our mascot, who reflects the qualities we believe strong IT support should bring: confidence, reliability, adaptability, and forward momentum.
What Changes When IT is Managed Well
Problems Are Surfaced Earlier
Issues get attention before they become major interruptions.
Priorities Are Clearer
The loudest problem is not always the most important one.
Decisions Come With Context
Recommendations are explained before they become urgent.
Technology Feels More Manageable
IT stops feeling random and starts feeling organized.

Xenith: The Ultimate Symbol of What We Stand For
Our mascot isn’t just cool to look at; it’s a powerful representation of the values we bring to every client partnership.
He’s an amalgam of four legendary creatures, each chosen with purpose:
Unicorn: Rare, just like great service. We’re not a cookie-cutter IT company. We bring tailored, high-level support that’s hard to find elsewhere.
Pegasus: A symbol of freedom and limitless potential. We remove the roadblocks that keep your business from flying higher.
Dragon: Known for strength, power, and wisdom. That’s the level of protection and capability we bring to your technology.
Phoenix: Rising from the ashes, again and again. We’re always present, always resilient, and built to support you no matter what.
Together, this creature reflects the way we work: strong, rare, limitless, and always there when you need us most.
That’s not mythology. That’s our mindset.

What is your mascot?
The Xentric Difference
You have probably heard plenty of IT companies promise to be responsive, proactive, and customized.
What matters more is how they actually work, how they communicate, and whether they help your business move forward with more clarity.
Here is what clients tend to notice most about working with Xentric.
✅ We Act Like Owners
We take responsibility seriously. When something affects your business, we treat it with the urgency and care it deserves.
✅ We Give You Strategy, Not Just Support
You do not just get ticket resolution. You get direction, context, and a clearer path for how technology should support the business.
✅ We Balance Security with Sanity
Protection matters, but so does usability. We take a practical approach that helps keep your business secure without making daily work harder than it needs to be.
✅ We Speak Human
You should not need a translator to understand your own IT. We explain things clearly, without jargon, attitude, or unnecessary complexity.
✅ We Grow With You
As your business evolves, your technology should keep up. We help create the structure, support, and strategy needed to scale without leaving important gaps behind.

What Our Clients Say

What to Expect When You Work With Us
We don’t wing it. We fix what your last provider didn’t. Then we listen – closely. We meet with your team, document your systems, and build your custom technology strategy.
The first 90 days aren’t about us looking good. They’re about making sure you feel confident moving forward.
Once the dust settles, we shift from cleanup to clarity. From there, it’s all about making your tech work for your business – not against it.
Thinking About Making a Change?
If your current IT setup feels harder to manage than it should, or if you are tired of vague answers, slow follow-through, and constant frustration, it may be time for a different kind of partner.
We work with small and midsized businesses that want more than problem resolution. They want clarity, structure, and a better path forward.
