We define target applications, select candidate grades and provide sample pellets or pre-forms for lab and line trials. Technical data sheets and basic processing guidance are supplied for each grade.
Your R\&D and plant teams run controlled pilots on existing or dedicated lines. Together we refine processing windows, part design details and quality criteria, supported by our technical team.
Once pilot KPIs are met, we support scale-up with material supply planning, line parameter recommendations and quality protocols aligned to your internal standards.
After launch, we provide ongoing technical and supply support, including grade optimization, variant development for new SKUs, and collaboration on LCA and communication materials where required.

In many cases, yes. YBJ is supplied as pellets intended for standard thermoplastic processing equipment such as extruders, injection molding machines and sheet or film lines. Specific compatibility depends on the grade selected, your screw design, tooling and existing temperature profiles. We recommend a structured trial starting with small runs to confirm throughput, cycle time and part quality on your lines.
Performance is grade- and application-specific. Some grades are optimized for stiffness and dimensional stability, others for impact resistance or flexibility. Comparative data versus common thermoplastics can be shared under NDA to support material selection and design decisions. For critical applications, we recommend part-level testing under your in-house or third-party protocols.
YBJ is designed with biodegradation intentions in soil, compost, marine and freshwater environments. However, permissible claims must follow the scope and conditions of completed tests and applicable regulations in your markets. We recommend aligning marketing and compliance teams with our testing documentation, then validating final claims with your legal and regulatory experts before publication.
