Richard Coope has spent over twenty years building and running small businesses, including a full exit in 2022. He now works with SME owners on AI adoption, automation, and practical technology – helping teams cut manual work, reduce costs, and operate more efficiently.

That hands-on founder experience is what shaped Zeropath. Richard saw first-hand how small businesses were being left behind on sustainability reporting. Buried in spreadsheets, unsure where to start and without the time or budget for consultants. Zeropath is his answer to that problem: simple, automated carbon accounting that works with the tools businesses already use.

Louise brings over 25 years of client-focused experience to Zeropath.eco. She started her career in software consultancy roles at Sage and MIH. Later, she co-led Point Progress for two decades and then worked as a Project Director at Civica.

Now at Zeropath, Louise ensures every client’s onboarding journey is smooth and effective. She’s known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and calm leadership style.

With a strong background in software delivery and sustainability reporting, Louise helps organisations get lasting value from their carbon accounting tools.

Caroline has worked in customer service for over 25 years. She started in travel and aviation, including a 20-year role with British Airways. More recently, she supported software clients at Civica and Linetide in compliance and success roles.

At Zeropath.eco, Caroline helps new users get started with ease. She answers questions, solves issues quickly, and builds strong relationships along the way.

Her background in both public-facing and regulated environments gives her the versatility to support clients across many sectors. Above all, she ensures every customer feels confident on their journey to net zero.
