A Roundtable is localized gathering to connect leaders to one another while giving access to national and local thought leaders and practitioners. Expect powerful speakers, rich roundtable dialogue, intentional relational hang-out space, and more.
This is a networking and equipping environment designed to spark next steps—whether that’s building deeper relationships in your local network, exploring church planting, or pursuing what God is stirring in your context.
Around 10,000 churches in the U.S. are closing each year. That’s a sobering reality. And while church planting remains the most effective way to spread the Gospel, new plants aren’t keeping up. Only 7% of churches today are reproducing. And that’s not enough. We believe there’s a better way forward. It starts by returning to the roots of the early Church—where disciples made disciples, and churches planted churches. This is the Jesus Mission in action: the Great Commission, the Great Commandment, and the Great Collaboration all working together to advance God’s Kingdom.
At Exponential, we’ve set a bold goal: to see 16% of U.S. churches become reproducing churches. Why 16%? Because research shows that when a movement hits that tipping point, everything shifts—from slow addition to rapid multiplication. Momentum takes over. This vision isn’t for just a few large churches or high-capacity leaders. It starts with people like you. Your church. Your network. Your denomination. Your voice. This includes you…and that’s why we want you to attend the roundtable.
