Jack Savage Artist Profile
Jack Savage is a Northampton-based fine art photographer and conceptual artist.
Described as a master of his art form, Jack produces profoundly intriguing images, often employing photo manipulation, special effects and digital enhancement to extraordinary ends.
His work has won some of the most prestigious professional photography awards over the last four years.
In 2017, he won the much coveted Pangea Prize – 1st Place in the Open Monochrome category at the Siena International Photo Awards.
Other key accolades include 1st Place – Outstanding Achievement in the Fine Art Professional category at the Black & White Spider Awards 2017, and 1st Place in the Portrait category at the Chromatic Photo Awards 2017.
His image “The Crow of Lviv” won the Professional Gold Medal in Fine Art at OneEyeland’s 2018 World’s Top 10 Black and White Photographers, where Jack achieved an overall ranking of 2nd place for professional photography in the UK.
He has won Gold twice in the Professional Fine Art category at the Tokyo Foto Awards: once in 2018 for Special Effects, and again in 2019 for Collage.
He also won Silver in the Professional Fine Art/Digitally Enhanced category at the PX3 Prix de la Photographie Paris in 2019, and for Professional Photo Collage at the Moscow Foto Awards 2020.
Numerous photographic publications worldwide have published and featured Jack’s work, and he has exhibited his images in Italy, Greece, France and the UK.
